All persons not FFTRI licensed must complete a Pass-Competition with the FFTRI + present a Medical Certificate of no contraindication to the practice of Triathlon in Competition dating less than 1 year from the date of registration :

Pass-Competition Relay M & L : 2 € / Person

A route starting from the coast and crossing the Middle Country.

Between Shaded Areas and bright sunshine, you will pass through the communes of La Colle sur Loup, Tourrettes sur Loup, Vence, Saint-Paul de Vence as well as Cagnes sur mer and its magnificent promenade.

Follow the M route with the Mythical Col de Vence in addition: 10 Kms between 5 and 8 %.

Return by Saint Pons, the Gorges du Loup, Tourrettes sur Loup then take the end of the M route again.

This year again, the Hippodrome's private car park is available for athletes participating in the TriGames on Sunday, August 30

It will be open from 5:30 am on Sunday morning and members of the organization will guide you inside to park as many cars as possible.

Parking will be free on race day!

Situated on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, Cagnes-sur-Mer stretches along a beach almost four kilometres long and is surrounded by beautiful hills. Olive trees, palm trees and other cypresses form the surrounding landscape of Cagnes-sur-Mer, a tourist town in the Alpes-Maritimes.

The fifth largest town in the department, it comprises an old medieval village perched on a hill overlooked by the Grimaldi castle, a modern town at its feet and a fishing village, called Le Cros de Cagnes, on the seaside.
